Laces – Classic shoes (ELEGANT)

They are made of cotton, nylon, polyester, polypropylene, traditional natural materials as well as various special yarns such as Nomex or antistatic yarn. For nature protection, laces and recycled polyester are also produced, for which we give a GRS certificate.

Cord thicknesses are from 1 mm to 12 mm and flat from 2 mm to 20 mm. For the strength of the string, a knitted filling is placed in the core. The colors of the strings are according to the PES color chart or the cotton color chart. Combinations are also possible. If our color chart does not contain the given color, we are able to produce color yarn according to customer requirements. We produce cord lengths from 40 cm to 280 cm as standard and, if necessary, up to 320 cm. The termination is performed with celluloid in a width from 12.5 mm to 30 mm. The finish color is a common banner or black, possibly finished according to the celluloid color chart. It also ends with a metal end 12.5 mm wide in aluminum or brass. We can adjust the laces by waxing, hydrophobic (against water absorption) and against burning. Laces are used in stylish shoes where Lurex is used. For safety and good visibility at night, we weave the reflective fiber into the cords, which are reflected to a great distance during the night during lighting. The string is packed in a bundle of 50 pairs. For retail, they are packed in boxes, paper tape or zip pockets in one pair.
